Last updated on OCTOBER 15, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Shop Floor Control - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When trying to run R31410 attaching a Parts List & Routing, the work order routing table(F3112) incorrectly updates Run labor(RUNL) while rounding to nearest 2 decimals

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Parent item and its components in Item Master(P4101)
2. Attach the above items to the Mfg B/P in Item branch(P41026)
3. Create a Bill of Material(P3002) attaching the components to the parent item and its b/p
4. Create a work center(P3006) for the above B/P
4. Define Routing(P3003) for the parent item and B/P for the above work center as below
Labor Run Hours : 0.5
Machine Run Hours : 10.5
Crew size : 21.00
Time Basis Code : I(300 per units)
5. Access P48013 and create a work order for a qty of 59 each
6. Run R31410 for the above order attaching part list and routing
7. The system updates F3112.RUNM(Run Machine) correctly as 2.07, but F3112.RUNL(Run Labor) incorrectly as 2.06 instead of 2.07
In actual the calculation must be as below
a. Machine run hours : 59 ea * 10.5 / 300 = ( 2.065) = 2.07
b. Labor run hours : 59 ea * 0.5 / 300 * 21 = (2.065) = 2.07
