E1: 34: ST Order Not Created Correctly When Processing Consolidated OT Orders Across Different Branch Plants (Doc ID 2515657.1)

Symptoms

hen ST/OT order is created between supply branch plant A to demand branch plants B and C for 2 different items, one of the ST order is not created successfully. There is no ST order number generated between supply branch plant A and B, but a ST order number is created between supply branch Plant A and C

STEPS

  1. P4101/P41026 - Created 2 items GPSTOT3 and GPSTOT3.1. Assigned Master planning family (MPF) - SOT
  2. P41026 - Item GPSTOT3 assigned to B/P 30 and M30. Safety stock qty 15 added to B/P 30
  3. P41026 - Item GPSTOT3.1 assigned to B/P M10 and M30. Safety stock qty 15 added to B/P M10
  4. P4114 - Added on hand inventory of 100 qty to items GPSTOT3 and GPSTOT3.1 in B/P M30
  5. P3403T - Created B/P relationship between supply plant M30 and demand plant M10 for Master planning family (MPF) - SOT
  6. P3403T - Created B/P relationship between supply plant M30 and demand plant 30 for Master planning family (MPF) - SOT
  7. R3483 - Run MRP for both items
  8. P3411 - Set processing options to consolidate OT orders
  9. P3411 - Process OT order messages for both items. A consolidated OT order is created
  10. P4021 - Review Supply demand inquiry program for item GPSTOT3 and observe there is no ST record
  11. P4021 - Review Supply demand inquiry program for item GPSTOT3 and observe there is a ST record created successfully
