Symptoms

On EnterpriseOne Release 9.2 and BI Publisher version 12.2.1.1.0

Using JD Edwards Embedded BI Publisher, it is not page breaking into multiple sheets in Excel output.
A RTF template with a repeating group and page break is created. When user runs a preview, it is outputting to Excel and it creates additional tabs / sheets, example, Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3, etc.  However, when uploaded using P95600 to run in a JDE UBE it outputs to a single tab / sheet only.
