R3483 is giving different Message Types to Transfer Orders than it does to Purchase orders that have the same characteristics related to (O) Order vs (B) Order and Expedite.
When doing multi-plant gross regeneration for MRP, and start date = generation date:
* purchase order messages are generated with MSGT = B
* transfer order messages are generated with MSGT = O
