The A/R Statistical History Refresh (R03B16A) UBE does not take into account partial payments when updating the Date Last Paid (DLP) and Amount Last Paid (ALP) on the F03B16S file, unless the partial payment closes out the remainder of the balance on the invoice it is matched with. This incorrect information where some partial payments are effectively lost from visibility is then shown in P03B16 Account Statistic Summary, on the Receipts tab, where older (not the more recent partial payment) payment receipt information is shown instead of the actual values from the partial payment that does not close out the invoice.
