Symptoms

The request is to create the ability to group a list of PM services under a parent PM Schedule where the child services would follow a patterned sequence. Each child service would have its own interval, and when completed, the system would then move to the next child service in the list. After the last child service is scheduled and completed, the pattern would repeat. An illustration of the functionality is as follows:

Parent PM Schedule MAINTENANCE-1
--Child Service Type List--
1.0 SERVICE-A, Interval 6,000 Miles, Model WO# 101
2.0 SERVICE-D, Interval 6,000 Miles, Model WO# 102
3.0 SERVICE-C, Interval 3,000 Miles, Model WO# 103
4.0 SERVICE-D, Interval 6,000 Miles, Model WO# 102
5.0 SERVICE-B, Interval 4,000 Miles, Model WO# 104
6.0 SERVICE-D, Interval 6,000 Miles, Model WO# 102
7.0 SERVICE-C, Interval 3,000 Miles, Model WO# 103
8.0 SERVICE-D, Interval 6,000 Miles, Model WO# 102

After last sequence is scheduled and completed, return to sequence 1.0 and repeat the pattern. The last completed statistics would be maintained at the parent PM level, but the % due would be calculated from the current child service. The scheduled work order would also be created from the model linked to the child service type.
