Information in this document applies to any platform.

When P31P001 ETO Workbench processing option is set to expand number of levels greater than 2, the levels are displayed, but the lower level tasks are not displayed by the expand all link, limiting the display to a subset of total records.  When the processing options is left at the default (2 levels) then the expand all and > button can be used to display all records.

For example, Although 86 tasks exist in a project, When P31P001 processing option is set to expand number of levels greater than 2, system only displays 58 (=86-28) tasks. All 86 tasks should be displayed.  This is incorrect.

P31P001 shows no > marks after clicking Expand All. Click Expand All, but system does not display all records in the grid, only displays the first subset of records, but with No > marks. If it displayed the > marks, then would be able to load more records onto the grid.

In order to see the records beyond the initially displayed records, users need to click Collapse All followed by Expand All, over and over again until all records get displayed on the grid.
