ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to do an inventory transfer from a non-blank Primary Location to a blank Secondary Location, the From Location is overwritten with blank Secondary Location

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to perform an inventory transfer from a non-blank Primary Location to a blank Secondary Location

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set P4113 Processing Options: Defaults Tab as follows:
  2. FROM Location/Lot = 1 (Default from primary location)
  3. TO Location/Lot = 1 (Default from primary location)
2. Perform an inventory transfer from a non-blank Primary Location to a blank Secondary Location
3. Tab down to the next line
4. Verify the the From Location is overwritten with blank Secondary Location

Due to this issue, users cannot perform an inventory transfer from non-blank Primary Location to other secondary locations
