E1: 31B: Blend Cost Accounting Journal Entries (R31B802) Posting Values In G/L (F0911) Even Though Operation Has AAI Errors (Doc ID 2520050.1)

Symptoms

When running the Blend Cost Accounting Journal Entries UBE (R31B802), errors show in the PDF to indicate that errors occur. The user ignores or bypasses the warning and runs R31B802 in FINAL mode to create batch even though there was an AAI error (or errors). The system posted the partial General Ledger (G/L) entry that did not have AAI errors.

The expectation is that the batch should only create the G/L entries for the part of the entry that did not post in the original batch as it was in error due to missing AAIs.

Note: Heed the warnings/errors and resolve before running R31B802 in Final Mode. Without heeding the warning, duplicate entries are being posted which causes significant issues.
