E1: 13: Equipment Billing Revenue Credit Accounts Wrong with Expired F1301 Records (Doc ID 2522811.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 24, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Capital Asset Management - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When posting a Location Billing record with the R09801, if there are expired and active Equipment Rate records in the F1301 using rate components, the system will not validate the active F1301 correctly. When creating the credit entries, the system uses the different rate components to determine which account to use (FTC1-FTC0). However, if the first F1301 that the system finds is expired, it will not look for the F1301 with the same criteria to determine which rate components to use for accounting.
