Symptoms
New issues were found for Remeasurements on Amortization Schedules:
1. Payments are not calculated correctly in the start remeasurement month
2. ROUA Expense amount should not be prorated in the start remeasurement month
3. The ROUA Expense amount is not correct when the start remeasurement month is the early termination month
Additionally:
4. When remeasuring, the Journal Entry for the opening ROUA balance is set to the same balance as the Lease Liability with any variance adjustment written to a re-measurement variance account. The ROUA beginning balance should be adjusted instead of writing the difference to a variance account.
