Symptoms

When attempting to attach a Transaction-contextual Conversation or Document, an error occurs on web client, "An unknown error has occured. Please contact your system administrator."




Attempting interaction for User-contextual Conversations or Documents work as expected.

JDE Social feature has been configured in E1 to engage a valid Content and Experience Cloud (CEC) service domain.
