Symptoms

Trying to do a One-Click deployment and when clicking Configure to change the password it fails with: 'Failed Change Password'.

Despite this error it is possible to log into the Server Manager Console and WebLogic Admin Console with the new passwords.  However, it is not possible to continue with the One-Click Deployment.
