All web development clients, OMW launches slowly. When it does open, simply clicking on any project causes OMW to show as not responding in the Windows title bar.
All other activity and tasks are not affected.
The local JDE log doesn't show any problems.
Happens to all users and on all web dev clients.
It was working before. Issue just started with no changes

Impact:
Developers can't work in OMW and can't promote projects to production environment.
