Currently have staff that enters activities for other people. The ones entering the activities, in this case, do not have any ownership of the activity. They are performing a data entry function. Want to change the owner to the person who is actually doing the work. When leaving the owner field alone and add an assignee to be the actual person doing the work okay until the activity is is completed. Then the owner gets a Work Center or email message. Do not want to turn off the messages altogether as the data entry person has activities of their own that they legitimately own.

Scenario 1 - Person A does data entry for Person B to add an activity.
Scenario 2 - Person A also has their own activities they manage and enter.

Person A only wants to inquire on and receive emails for Scenario 2.  How is this done?
Person B needs to inquire on the activities they have.
