E1: ORCH Orchestration Not Visible Under SR > Connector > Local Orchestrations (Doc ID 2526581.1)

Both Personal and Shared orchestrations are listed in the Orchestrations. However when creating a new service request of type Connector and select Local Orchestrations you do not see any of the orchestrations which we have created.

Error in the AIS log: 
Search for "getAllObjects&udoType=ORCH"
