E1: 41: Segmentation Display Issue on P4101

Symptoms
Customer is using an Item Segmentation functionality on P4101 (Item Master) and noticed following problems.
1. Segment value is not displaying the all of the allowed characters (10 characters) in the field. It is displaying only 8 characters. 2. Description for the segment value is not displaying. 3. Japanese field title for Template is displaying only 4 Japanese characters. It should be displaying 6 Japanese characters.
