E1: MOBJ: P98MOHTM Does Nothing on Clicking the Convert Button When the Logged in User is a Language User (Doc ID 2528129.1)

When a language user is trying to use P98MOHTM to do the conversion, nothing happens after clicking on the Convert button on the last screen where you select the batch. Tried testing with DU, F and G languages and can see that nothing happens. No errors on-screen or in the corresponding e1root log.

Above screen print is for a user with language set as DU and nothing happens when clicking on the Converteren button highlighted.
