When Changing the Scheduled Pick Date, Request & Promise Date should also update

For release 9.2, when changing the “Scheduled Pick” Date, the “Promise Ship Date” and “Promise Delivery” date do not automatically populate with the updated value from “Scheduled Pick” Date. Currently warning errors are generated on the date fields and must be changed manually or blanked out to have the corrected dates.  Prior to the fix for Bug 25453748 the fields would auto-update when the scheduled pick date was populated. The issue also occurs in 9.1 – related Bug 25453555.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter SO with 3/29/2016 requested dates. It populates into the SO detail for scheduled pick, promised delivery, promised ship date.
2. Change the schedule pick date at so entry detail
3. Receive warning error that promised ship and delivery dates are not valid
4. An appropriate update occurs when in P4210 ADD mode, if changing/editing only then does not update properly for dates.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must check each line on orders and ensure correct dates are on the orders and could impact thousands of orders with hundreds of thousands of lines.
