Symptoms

When creating a par file for a NER (named event rule), BSFN, or TER (table event rule) the .par file is created with the Include and Source folders missing.

Performing a Restore at a lower tools release (e.g. 9.2.2.7 or 9.2.1.2) also fails.

Changes

 Upgrade to Tools Release 9.2.3.x and above
