Symptoms
A credit order was created for a customer. The customer master information indicates a valid Vertex GeoCode in the Tax Rate/Area field, Tax Explanation code S, and Taxable Y/N equal to Y. The credit order was processed through sales update.
The resulting credit memo in Accounts Receivable shows Tax Rate/Area equal to the Vertex GeoCode and Tax Explanation Code equal to S. The nontaxable amount field indicates the order amount. No tax is calculated on the credit order.
