Routing options (P4980) are designed to only display one Route per Carrier/MOT combination. That is fine for standard routes however is a
problem with Inter modal routes.

When customers have multiple intermodal routes where the parent route and with that the first leg have the same carrier and MOT however the second leg
has a different MOT / carrier then P4980 still only displays one of these routes.
Even when parent route and first leg have different MOT/Carrier then P4980 still only displays one routes as it evaluates the MOT/carrier from the
parent route only.

The business scenario would be where all shipments are always transported by Truck to a sea port or a central railway station (Leg 1) and then are shipped
depending on their final destination (e.g. different sea ports on the West coast) with different carriers (leg 2).
