Symptoms

 JP420000 ProcessSalesOrder does not process Promotional Item automatically.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Setup Promotional Item
2. Set version of P4210 having the right Processing Options - 8 Cross Ref tab
3. Run JP420000 ProcessSalesOrder using the P4210 version above.
4. Check the results the promotional item was not assigned automatically.
