The Balance Restatement program (R11414A) has a Check For Adjustments processing option, that per the item help and documentation, serves to direct the program to either consider AC ledger F0911 adjustments or not consider F0911 adjustments when determining calculated F0902 values.  This processing option does not seem to have an impact on how the R11414A program functions regardless of how it is set.  In particular, this processing option should allow the Restatement program to include F0911 adjustments in AC ledger accounts when the account in question F0902 period values for the period in question have been zeroed out by a prior run of the R11414A program over a prior period.
