Symptoms

HTML managed instance fails to start from server manager.

When starting the HTML instance receive the below error on the screen.

ISSUE 1

You will see the following errors in respective logs

e1agent_0.log

 

Changes

Stopped enterprise and JAS instances as part of weekly maintenance, or new services added to the Windows Server allocating a port number being shared.
