E1: ESU Unable To Install ESU Due to Missing Dependent ESU

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to apply an ESU (eg JN16879) using change assistant, the process crashes with the below error message.
The error message indicates that the dependent ESU (JN10019) has not been applied. However this ESU has been applied and shows up in the ESU application correctly.
