Installed the base Spanish Language and some Spanish Language Updates per the following documents, but still seeing a mix of Spanish and English text in various applications:

E1: LANG: ESU: How to Apply Language Update Fixes to an Environment to Delete Current Translations and Insert Correct Translations (Doc ID 1513395.1)


Having issues installing the base language by creating a Language Only Install Plan and Installing via the Workbench or using Change Assistant
