E1: RDA: Not All the Columns Are Written into the CSV Output (Doc ID 2540803.1)

Symptoms

On a Windows 10 Development Client, after following the instruction in "E1: RDA: Formatting a Report to Export to CSV (Doc ID 626452.1)" to format the UBEs which will create a CSV output, not all the columns are written into the CSV output file.
The PDF output shows all the columns.
