Symptoms

Logged in as a language user and can see that the title of the composite pages are translated as expected but the tasks inside the springboards are not translated. Language users expect to see the translated task names in the springboard.

Below screen print is for a French (F) language user and can see that the task names inside the springboard are still in English.
