E1: LANG: Some Task IDs are not Fully Translated

Symptoms
After successfully installing the Language Pack some tasks still have fields (menus) which are not translated (this is an example for French Language)
Case 1:
Some Tasks (in current example G17701) is shown in English instead of French
Case 2:
After solving Case 1 above, for same task ID G17701, not all fields are translated to French (highlighted in red). Some of the fields continue to appear in English (highlighted in green):
