Symptoms

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for iPad with Tools Release 9.2.3.3

A notification has been designed with an action to launch an Orchestration.  Email delivery method is enabled in the subscription, then the notification is dispatched.

When receiving the email on the iPad and clicking the Orchestration link, the iPad opens Safari and either redirects a user to our iPad application or opens the link in Safari.  When redirecting to our E1 application, a user will log in but then the Orchestration will not launch.  This also applies to triggering notifications.

When launching the link in Safari, the orchestration and/or notification works.  It also works if the action is launched from within EnterpriseOne, through the bell or Message Center.
