E1: 90CA: Changes are not Being Saved in P90CA040 When Duplicate TAX ID is set to Warning (Doc ID 2542183.1)

Symptoms

Customer has found that when in the employee application of CRM P90CA040 has a duplicated TAX ID when modifying the department it is not being updated.

They would like to know if it is possible to update it even if the TAX ID is duplicated.

The processing options in P90CA04T is set to WARNING when Tax ID is duplicate.  Based on this setting, any changes should be saved.
