E1: BSFN: Not Able To Use BusBuild Save For A Set Of Business Functions

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In tools release 9.2.2.x, development clients are having issue with the BusBuild.exe save option. No save window is opened, thus saves are not able to be made.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch BusBuild.exe
2. Attempt File>Save option from the toolbar
