E1 : ESU : Change Assistant Disappearing Randomly , No Error Thrown on Screen (Doc ID 2543381.1)

Symptoms

While using the change assistant  to perform some deployment , the change assistant disappears at some step. There is no error thrown on screen. The jde.log on deployment server and the change assistant logs do not have any major error . 

JavaDeployReg.log in the downloads folder defined in the change assistant has the below error about corrupted Registry keys
