E1: OVR: Users are Getting the Blank Screen When Accessing the Shared OVR URL but Users are able to execute the OVR report by login into E1 (Doc ID 2543433.1)

Symptoms

OVR feature enabled on E1. Users are able to create a OVR report and share the report. However if users shared the OVR link with other users they are getting blank screen but Users are able to run the report when running the report by login into E1
