Last updated on DECEMBER 09, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Leave Approved via Employee Self Service Incorrectly costed.

If an employee is a recharge employee -Record Type 2 and they enter leave via employee self service, the time card records are created with Record Type 2 after approval in the F06116 table. This results in the time being incorrectly costed.
Leave records should only be created as a record type 1 and not re-charged.  As a workaround you can override the Record Type on the leave time card

Steps to Reproduce
1. Setup an employee as a record type 2 (Payroll and Re charge processing).
2. Enter a leave request via Employee Self Service (P07620).
3. Manage approves the leave request.
4. Review time card created in Speed Time Entry (P051121 ).
