E1: SEC: Deleting a User Does Not Record What Roles Were Removed in F9312 (Doc ID 2544393.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 01, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a role is removed from a user in P95921, an event type 14 record is created in F9312 and the SHSECF1 column specifies the role that was removed. On the other hand, if a user is deleted through P0092 or by R9200040, an event type 14 record is created in F9312, but the SHSECF1 column is blank. That column should still specify the role that was removed for auditing purposes.
