Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Bulk Stock Inventory

R415021 UBE fails to post Gain/Loss for backdated transaction with Tankid. Adress Book (Adress Book # of BU) for commingled tanks. This causes incorrect GL posting and Inventory is out of sync.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an bulk item and then use commingled tank (Dip type - Electronic guage/Standard vol) for all transactions specific to this item.
2. Need to have locations defined (P4100 / P41026) for depot address number and any other addresses required.
3. Enter '0' Dip reading (P415106) for specific date from where reconciliation process should consider.
4. Start entering transactions both IN/OUT(try creating adjustments) using P415101 application with specific date from step 3.
5. Close the dip reading with Gain/Loss by checking inventory value in Bulk transaction inquiry application (P415201) with an end date.
6. Run Operational reconciliations (P415112/ZJDE0001) with valid processing option value and verify the readings with an end date specified in step 5.
7. Use row exit -> Update option to update next status and reconcile flag in bulk transaction file (F41511).
8. Review F41511 for specific tank and see Reconcile flag updated with 'I' and next status updated to '5'.
9. Run Operational reconciliations (P415112/ZJDE0002) with valid processing option value and verify the readings with an end date specified in step 5.
10. Use row exit -> Update option to update next status and reconcile flag in bulk transaction file (F41511).
11. Review F41511 for specific tank and see next status updated to '6'.
12. Run R415021 for specific item to reconcile above lines and post any gain/loss if it has - can see the same in output.
13. Verify, Gain/loss inquiry (P41512) - system will create entries with G/L doc type with correct location (commingled location), if gain/loss recorded in step 12.
14. Now, enter few more transaction (IN/OUT) using date after reconcile date used in step 5 with P415101 application.
15. Also, enter backdated transaction where date used was before reconcile date used in step 5 with P415101 application.
16. Close the dip reading with Gain/Loss by checking inventory value in Bulk transaction inquiry application (P415201) with an end date.
17. Run Operational reconciliations (P415112/ZJDE0001) with valid processing option value and verify the readings with an end date specified in step 16.
18. Use row exit -> Update option to update next status and reconcile flag in bulk transaction file (F41511).
19. Review F41511 for specific tank and see Reconcile flag updated with 'I' and next status updated to '5'.
20. Run Operational reconciliations (P415112/ZJDE0002) with valid processing option value and verify the readings with an end date specified in step 16.
21. Use row exit -> Update option to update next status and reconcile flag in bulk transaction file (F41511).
22. Review F41511 for specific tank and see next status updated to '6'.
23. Run R415021 for specific item to reconcile above lines and post any gain/loss if it has - can see the same in output.
24. Verify, Gain/loss inquiry (P41512) - system incorrectly creates new location with G/L doc type instead of posting to commingled location for backdated transaction alone.
