E1: 09: Post Error Message “NO F0911 RECORDS EXIST IN THIS BATCH “is Confusing to User

If a user updates a posted transaction's non-financial field such as the remark field (RMK), re-approves the batch and attempts to post the batch, the following error will appear on the R09801 post report:
"No F0911 records exist in this Batch"
This confuses the user thinking that the transactions in the batch lost. Only after researching the batch, the transactions are still there.
The message should display: "No unposted F0911 records exist in this Batch"
