E1: SVM: WebLogic Admin Server and All Managed Servers Showing "Undetermined" Status in Server Manager (Doc ID 2553654.1)

Symptoms

Newly built Weblogic Server has multiple IP Addresses. Each IP Address is used for a different weblogic domain (as a listen Address). You can logon to both Admin Consoles (different Ports and manage those domains (create serves etc.) However WebLogic Admin Server and All Managed Servers are showing as Undetermined in Server Manager Console Under WebLogic domains. Following messages are seen in Agent e1agent_0.log:
