Symptoms

User's favorites are not displayed when the security is set to "View" for his role in Security Workbench application (P00950). When the user signs on in the web client, his favorites bar flashes for a moment and then disappeared.

The problem does not occur if the favorites security is set to "Change". This behavior happens only with existing users. If a new user is created (new sign on user id), the problem does not exit.


Steps to Duplicate:

  1. User's Role has security setting set to Favorites = View in Security Workbench application P00950.
  2. Sign on to the web client with this user.
  3. The Favorites bar flashes for a moment and disappeared.
