Symptoms
When attempting to apply ESU, the following error occurs.
ERROR

"an error has occurred while preparing software updates for deployment" on screen
Debug log message shows the following;
JdeJvm::CheckForExceptions() - Java Exception encountered : java.lang.Exception: failed to login to environment = JDEPLAN
JdeJvm::CheckForExceptions() - Stack Trace for Exception : java.lang.Exception: failed to login to environment = JDEPLAN
