Symptoms
Message shortcut does not contain version for Work Order Revision
Work order revision program (P17714) is configure to to Send message to Manager/Crew by entering value "1" in processing option #13 on the "Process"
tab (E-Mail Manager/Crew").
After a work order is created and assigned a manager, there is a message send to either the work center or email of the manager, and it contains a
shortcut.
By pressing the shortcut, work order revision form launches, check the form properties, found that ProgramID=P17714, Form name=W17714A, Version=<blank>.
As the version is blank, the program is unable to work as expected as the processing options are seems to be treated as blank value.
