E1: E1PAGE: Specific Application Task Not Appearing in Springboard in the Target Environment After Promotion (Doc ID 2556387.1)

In DV, added a new application task to a menu, which had a few other tasks as well and that menu was added to a springboard. It displays all the tasks under the parent menu in the springboard in DV as expected. The task and the springboard were promoted to PY. In PY web client, the springboard is displayed but it is missing one application task under the parent menu. All others are appearing as expected in springboard.

- Able to run the specific application from the promoted menu in PY
- Tried rebuilding the menu index for the specific parent task from P90013 in PY, which did not help
- F90012 in PY does have record for the missing task for the specific role
- It is also missing when trying to add a new springboard in PY web client for the same parent task
