Sales Order Entry (P42101)

After accidentally ship confirming line 1.000 of Sales Order 1032663 SZ on 6/13/2019, and writing a record to subtract the quantity in the Item Ledger (F4111), when the user attempts to cancel the line in sales order entry, the system issues a hard error and prevents the cancellation.

Specific error messages
"Delete Cancel Action Invalid" (4470)
CAUSE: The quantity for this order has been relieved from the on-hand inventory bucket via Ship Confirmation (P4205) and cannot be deleted or cancelled.

Steps to duplicate

  1. Created a Sales Order 1032663 SZ on 6/11/2019
  2. Ship Confirmed the Order Line on 6/13/2019
  3. This was an accident, the item was not shipped
  4. Attempt to cancel the Sales Order Line on 6/20/2019
  5. The system throws a "Delete Cancel Action Invalid" (4470) error

The user still needs to process the order line later when it is ready to ship confirm.
