E1:15 Need PBCO error when creating entries from Lease Commencement From P15171 Allows Users To Create Journals In Closed G/L Period

Symptoms
When running the lease commencement interactively from the Review Amortization Schedule screen (P15171), the system allows commencement
journals to be created into a closed G/L period which then cannot be posted due to PBCO error.
It would be beneficial if either the user is alerted to the fact that the system is wanting to create a journal into a closed period and can then take
the appropriate action or if there is a processing option that can be set to use the system date as the G/L date if the lease commencement date is in a
closed period and would result in an un-postable journal.
The same thing is happening correctly in other applications in financials which is not happening on Real Estate-P15171
