Symptoms
When entering RB lines, standard JDE does not auto populate the taxable amount and this needs to be entered manually. This is also the same when manually updating an RB line in JDE. However, having an automated function to update the gross amounts should either have the ability to also update the taxable amount (if it exists) or at least warn the user that taxable amounts exist and these need to be updated. If the amounts are not updated then there is a risk that billing will be incorrect.
