E1: SCHED: All P91300 Scheduled Jobs Launching 10 Minutes Late Than Actual Scheduled Time (Doc ID 2557543.1)

Symptoms

All P91300 scheduled jobs are launching 10 minutes later than their actual scheduled time as shown in the below screen shot.

1. Latest ESU is installed for corresponding application release
2. Date on all servers are correct
3. No customization to any of the scheduler application related objects
4. Scheduler Server has been restarted, Enterprise Server has also been restarted without luck.
5. P91300 PO values and DST Settings are correct





STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open P91300
2. Check next time to submit.
3. Next submit time is  approx 8 -10 mins behind.
