Symptoms

Unable to log into ApAg with nmx_admin user id, receiving an error as 'Login Error. Please check your name and password'. Scheduler batch jobs are all failing with the following error in the log:

- Status Code 110
- The config file for user nmx_admin is invalid, inaccessible due to a file permission problem, or does not contain a proper entry for sci_keyfile or sci_repository
