Symptoms

Scenario 1

Unable to start Change Assistant with following message referencing the JRE location:

System.getProperty("user.dir") return a Black Listed location: C:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_xx


 

Scenario 2

After moving the shortcut for Change Assistant to a new location (e.g. from desktop to taskbar), unable to launch Change Assistant with following error message referencing a path location:

System.getProperty("user.dir") return a Black Listed location: C:\WINDOWS\system32
